Finally broke down and stopped ignoring this nagging hip issue I’ve had since before Christmas — turns out I have a slightly terrible case of hip bursitis (aka my hip is super inflamed and pissed off causing extra pain while squatting & lately just walking around) SO my lifting life coach is loading me up with a ton of stretching homework & I also on a no hip movement exercise routine (aka all upper body, no squats, deadlifts, rowing, air dyne, KB swings, lunges, etc) 

I HATE BEING INJURED, why can’t crossfit & lifting just be easy on my body.
